Our Guest Accommodation

Our Guest Accommodation is presented to AA 4 Star Silver Standard so you can expect a warm welcome, a high standard of cleanliness, comfortable single /double/superking beds & tasteful furnishings. We offer Single, Double & Twin through to Large Family Ensuites sleeping 3 – 4 persons.  We have 'budget' Single & Twin rooms, each with Private (lockable) bathrooms across small landing. We provide ground floor storage for excess luggage not required overnight. The house has acoustic double glazing throughout - so a sound nights sleep is assured, despite our central location.

We are a few minutes walk from many great eateries and restauants - we therefore politely insist that for obvious reasons, no Take-A-Ways or hot food be brought into guest rooms.

Tasty choices are available on our Breakfast Menu 7.30 – 8.45 am (Optional) £10.00 Adults £5.00 children under 14 years of age. Continental Take-a-Way Breakfast Picnic available for those with an early start. Dairy Free, Vegetarian and Gluten Free options available.

Rooms

Room 1 – 1st floor. Lovely large flexible room located to the rear of the house with views over our Victorian Walled Garden to Dover Castle. Sleeping 2 – 4 (either 2 Adults + 2 Children or 3  Adults), with Double + 2 single beds, Ensuite (with tall shower, wash basin & toilet), small table and 2 comfy chairs, Complimentary Beverages Tray, Hairdryer, Free WiFi and Freeview TV.

Room 2 – 1st floor. Lovely light & airy flexible room with large Bay Window . Sleeping 2 - Double Ensuite (with tall shower, wash basin & toilet), table + 2 comfy chairs, Complimentary Beverages Tray, Hairdryer, Free WiFi and Freeview TV.

Room 3 – 1st floor. Charming cosy Single Room with single bed, small table & chair, Complimentary Beverages Tray, Hairdryer, Dressing gown & Slippers provided, Free WiFi and Freeview TV. Private Bathroom across small landing (3 steps) with large ‘walk in’ shower, toilet and wash facilities.

Room 4 – 2nd floor. Delightful  2 bedded flexible room located to the rear of the house with views over our Victorian Walled Garden to Dover Castle. Sleeping 2 – 3 (either 2 Adults + 1 Child or up to 3 Adults) with Double + single beds, Ensuite (with shower, wash basin & toilet), comfy chair, Complimentary Beverages Tray, Hairdryer, Free WiFi and Freeview TV.
 

Room 5 – 2nd floor. Pretty, but cosy Small Twin with 2 single beds located at opposite ends of the room. Complimentary Beverages Tray, Hairdryer, Dressing gown & Slippers provided, Free WiFi and Freeview TV. Spacious Private Bathroom across small landing with toilet, ‘walk-in’ shower and wash facilities.Children under 13yrs must be accompanied by an adult at all times in this room.

Room 6 – 2nd floor. Superking (Sleeps 2 only) with compact Ensuite (shower, toilet, wash facilities), small table, seating, Complimentary Beverages Tray, Hairdryer, Free WiFi and Freeview TV (this room is not suitable for children).
